US Mail Standard Delivery Jaxx does not charge for US Mail orders. Most orders ship within 5-10 business days of receipt. If an item runs out before it is shipped, your order may split into multiple shipments. This shipping method only applies to items totaling less than 10 pounds (10lbs.) Shipping charges are NOT refundable! Federal Express Air All orders shipped via Federal Express Air (2-3 Days). Order processing time is 24 hours and transit time to most cities. So the total time from when the order is placed to when it is delivered is 2-4 days depending on the items ordered and your location. Fedex Express Air does not deliver on weekends or to PO Box addresses. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Shipping charges are NOT refundable! Sales Tax Jaxx charges required Florida State sales tax of 7.00%. Returns and Exchanges Merchandise may be returned for cancellations, exchanges or refunds. Merchandise that has been opened; tampered; mutilated; or damaged will not be accepted for cancellations, exchanges or refunds. If you need to exchange your merchandise for a different item you must notiy Jaxx in advance. Items returned for canncellation or exchanges must be returned within seven (7) business upon reciept of the merchandise. No exceptions. Prior to returning merchandise for cancellations, exchanges or refunds call Jaxx or send and e-mail to jaxx@jaxxcom.com requesting an RMA. When returning merchandise it must be packed in accordance with how it was recived by you (customer). It is recommended it be shipped via US carrier, Fedex, UPS and insured. Merchandise returned to Jaxx for exchange that is reveived by Jaxx as damaged will not be exchanged. All returns will be paid for by you (customer). Merchandise that is returned for cancellatons or refund will incur a restocking fee of 8%. Please include the RMA number and the merchandise that you would like to exchange the items for. Any merchandise recieved damanged or DOA (Dead On Arrival) will be exchanged for the same item. Upon recieved damaged or DOA merchandise notify Jaxx immedialtely via phone or email. Jaxx will issue an RMA. Once recived we will notify you (customer) and ship merchandise to you (customer). Order Cancellation Any order may be cancelled before the items are shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will not be assessed any cancellation fees before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER the items have been shipped, the merchandise Return and Exchange Policy Information listed above must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the shipping fees and a 8% restocking fee.
